I know the chiefs lost a close one to the jags last week but the offense is starting to click right now. The defense and special teams are a work in progress.

D looks better 2nd half, sp teams much better, not as many flags! Patrick connecting w/his buddy and Hollywood B. and others too. Rice back next week? Yes! Pacheco looking good.

@Crimsonorblue22 I feel like a Spags defense always starts slow especially with some of the new guys in the secondary but they usually are pretty salty by mid season.

Last three weeks they are looking pretty good. Rice coming back is massive. Smoke the Raiders please

Oddly i never had a bad feeling about last night’s game, even after the Detroit opening drive. Thought it was a win from the start. Chiefs seemed pretty calm and collected. With Detroit’s injury woes, i did think we’d take more deep shots, but we hit the magic 30 points scored number, so all good.
Hoping we don’t hear devastating news about our left tackle…

@rockchalkjayhawk Simmons was in California for a personal matter. I don’t like it, but am reserving judgement until a reason is given. I don’t believe he is injured, so hopefully good news. Also it looked like Moore just put Taylor on notice. RT of the future I’d suppose at this point.

@nuleafjhawk makes me laugh the amount of drugs and drinking the people that claim he is washed twice a year. Dudes worst year he won the division and played in the conference championship game. Mahomes last 5 games has 69% completion percentage, nearly 1400 yards with 14 touchdowns and 1 INT. Thats best in the NFL if anyone was wondering.

What makes Mahomes better than Burrow and Allen? He won a championship 2 years ago with MVS, Hardman and Toney. Last I knew all 3 guys are sitting at home today.

@Jhawk69 that’s what makes it fun to watch even if it’s a bad game. Mahomes has 2 or 3 plays just about every week that prove he’s pretty much one of one. No look to Rice yesterday and then the throw to Worthy when he was almost out with 3 guys on him running full speed and throwing across his body for a completion is tough.

MVS went on the 49ers injured reserve list 3 days ago. Not that he was tearing up the league…just 4 receptions for 40 yds when injured. GB cut Hardman before the season. Toney was cut by the Browns last December. Arrested in February on assault charges among other things.
Of these, I like MVS and Hardman best!
