Doke has a better defensive rating (81.9) than everyone on that list and is averaging 2.6 blocks per game.
Dotson has a better defensive rating (90.0) than most players on that list and is averaging 2.1 steals per game.
Not sure why Zavier Simpson is on there.

If Marcus or the two players from Baylor don’t win the award it’ll be a complete joke. Obviously I think Marcus should win.
