Did you watch the first half. KU’s legs are tired. That’s why they’re shooting so bad and why they didn’t have a shoot around. ISU didn’t shoot that well either. They only made 3 more FG’s in the half. Both teams sucked at the line. The 3 pointers ISU made are the difference.
Right, because shoot-around is so hard on your legs when you’re 20 years old. Give me a break. We need to be in the gym shooting as much as we possibly can.
Most of KU’s misses have been short. That’s always a major sign of tired legs. When KU is playing in the final game every night, KU has had the least rest of anyone in the B12 tournament.
Grimes was already cramping last night, they’re definitely tired.
Their legs are going to be tired regardless of whether you have shoot-around or not. Shoot-around does not wear your legs out like at all. You stand and shoot. Might as well get the shooting practice in because clearly we need it. We haven’t been a good shooting team even when our legs have been fresh.
