@wrwlumpy And in the fields just beyond campus, empty space. I understand Cali’s wacky laws prevent urban sprawl (understandable a little bit) by making some lands off limits for building. Of course the result of this is astronomical real estate.

ahoe High School to Cal, but it was at the University of Kansas where he made his name as a player. He made so many headlong dives for loose balls and absorbed so many charging fouls that the school created a statistic called “floor burns” in his honor. One season, he had 167.
