  I remember 2022 well. I'm not saying this team will match that, but who thought we would win it all back then? I definitely didn't see that nattie coming! When our current team plays motivated, they win.. almost regardless if they have a bad shooting night, because their key is defense. And when they play motivated they rebound, too! We control our own destiny. We've beat #1 already. They can play with anyone, and from what I see, I think UA should be the favorite to win it all, and we know we can go toe-to-toe with them!

  @rockchalkjayhawk My guess is his knee injury might not be healing well enough to make doctors sure he would be available until a number of games into the season.

  Wisconsin beat Texas to go to the final 4. Kind of an upset. Texas swept them earlier this year.

  I think the article/interview mentioned that the benign tumor was removed from an area adjacent to the region that regulates anxiety, so I took that to mean that there was collateral damage from the surgery. At least some self-repair/healing should occur with time. But, he'll likely need to manage the symptoms the rest of his life. At least they know what they are dealing with. 50 years ago, this would have been a mystery and there would have been few if any resources for comfort or care. Modern medicine is pretty miraculous.
