Well starting off really well for 2025. - -We got our verbal today from Malachi Curvey , projected for linebacker here at KU - -has been playing some tight end but defense here. - -Pretty night pick up. Dad played for Iowa State, but said he wasn’t going to interfere with his sons recruitment. - He is a composite 4 * - but 247 says he is 3 * but very good player.
Rated as the # 278 player in the nation according to the composite 3rd best out of Iowa–around Des Moines. - -One of the best things about it, we took him from other offers from – -Missouri - - Iowa State- - & K/State - no better Schools to win a recruitment – great pick up
Add him to our QB commit - -David McComb - out of Oklahoma ranked as the # 453 Player-- -things starting off well

Me too bud, it’s always going to be a challenge. Long time to go before they officially commit. - -I think Mc Comb is pretty solid on his verbal, just a hunh but from what has beed reported , sounds like h is pretty committed.- - -Actually same with Curvey- - -after he made his last trip to Lawrence he shut his recruitment down , think he is pretty sold on the staff, visted multiple times. -we can hope.

Pick up a commit tonight. - -RB out of Texas , not ranked right now but he will be. - - john Kelly , picked Ku over 18 other offfers - - Arizona - -Duke - - -Texas Tech - - -Missouri , will be decent player for us

Well were still in the hunt. Linkon Cure Named his four official visits , he announced Texas A & m - --Oregon - - Ku- -& K/State ,were still in the mix. Doesn’t hurt anything that his older brother just joined the team as a Walk on.
Gonna be a battle to the end I think , either gonna come down to KU/K State, I think K/State might have the lead just a little right now , but it over til the fat Lady sings and she isn’t even in the building right now.- # 2 TE rated, would be a massive land if it happens

KU got a commitment from 3* TE Joeseph Skipworth out of Florida today. Ranked just outside the top 1000 nationally in the 24/7 Composite and the 53 ranked TE overall.

Dang , been a really good weekend for Coach L & the staff this weekend. Ku has picked up THREE commits today, and had rose up to the # 52 ranked class before we picked up our third commit today.
We got a commit out of Garrett Martin a DE today – - A Commit from Brandon Schmeizie from Axtel Ks Today who is a ?Safety – and just like 15 minutes ago we got a commit from Kenyon Rivera a LB, who I like a lot who also had offers from Michigan - -Tennessee - -Texas - - & Teas A & M to name a few - - - Also got a commit from Adrain Holley Saturday - Coach L and the boys not playing - nd then again we got Bryce Foster to commit this weekend through the portal - -Been a HUGE Weekend for the guys - -ROCK CHALK

WOW - -another one. Swain says this gives us eleven commitments not counting Foster -and it’s our what fourth commit today and fifth with out foster for the weekend.
This weekend ew got Martin - Holley - - - Schmeizie- — -Rivera - &— Hammond- - - then of Course Foster. --Count Foster and that is SIX commits to KU football this weekend - - GIVE THEM HELL LANCE, -Dam have I told you guys how much I love this staff , lol.
Just within the last like twenty minutes we ot Hammond----Defensive Line, Lanc really getting after the Defensive side of the ball. We got Hamond over Arizona - --Utah – Houston - - Washington-- & Iowa State
2 Linebackers - - - 2 Defensive Ends - - - A Safety - - -And Defensive Lineman- - -gotta love it. - -We took a big jump in National Rankings with Hammond , ew went from 48th - -to 41st-- not to bad - - We are right in the Middle of the Big 12 --wel 16 really lol – we are Sitting 8th right behind UCF - ROCK CHALK

Mercy , remember when we struggled to get ONE kid to commit, or kid that got no D-1 offers ?-- - - now look , we competing with on some of these kids going against the Michigan’s – Alabama-- -Texas and such, I mean sure I realize that times these othr schools might kin of back off but still to even be in the same Ballpark with these guys- Show how far we have come in three years, Lance and Staff has worked miracles with this past laughingstock – -You don’t see them laughing at KU anymore now do you – Just think if this staff knew how to recruit – I mean that was suppose to be Lance weakness , he couldn’t recruit , I think he hs done a prety decent job myself. – ROCK CHALK.

For sure. Getting so many players on the defensive side of the ball is exciting, but Foster seems like a huge need for us at center.

Veery , Very true. I wasn’t thinking 24 recruits for some reason today , even though he did commit this weekend & he is a massive pickup. I think our O-Line will be one of the better O-Lines in the Conference , which should be a real bonus for us in protecting Jalon & our backs. You give Daniels any protection are pretty good he gonna make a big play.He is pretty dam accurate throwing the dep ball down the middle and can run also pretty well I just have a feeling he gonna play a full year this being his last yr.–Ya Foster nickname Mountain–fits well 6’5 & 330. Thats a grown man and then some
