2020 Commit/Signee Stats

Thought this might be interesting to have a thread for and I’ll do this going forward for future classes.
Tyon Grant-Foster season stats so far. It’s easier to find stats for him since he is on a JUCO that actually has a website.
16 ppg 6rpg 2-3 assist to turnover ratio (not great!) 1 spg 1.5 bpg
Shooting 30% from three (not great) and 58% from 2 (!!!)
My guess is he plays the 3-4 for us exclusively. Doesn’t look like a Self guard, but he will fight.
Gethro had a good game recently posting 25 and 12. I’m not sure what the deal is but the Aspire site only has 5 games for him. Averaging 18 and 10 in those games. 8-23 from three

In ihcc’s regional championship postseason game Tyon dropped 29 pts on 11-16 shooting. 6reb, 2ast, 3stl and 4blk. He has been good in all three postseason games.

I think he will definitely be a factor for us. More than the raw stats his athleticism pops out when you see him.

Totally agree. Going to be a valuable Swiss Army knife. That athleticism and 7 foot wingspan doesn’t come around that often.
