KU MU alumni game

Sounds kind of boring, but go for it.
…
A Kansas-Missouri alumni basketball game for charity, entitled “Rivalry Renewed,” will be contested on Saturday, July 28, at Silverstein Eye Centers Arena in Independence, former Missouri Tigers player and game organizer Kareem Rush said Friday.
The game, set for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff, will benefit Rush’s “Rush Forward Foundation” and the Boys and Girls Club.

Morris twins? Be nice to see them and trob in Lawrence.
-
Should be a hoot, rosters are nice. Go KU.
-
Sounds like all the stars are KU guys. Anthony Peeler still alive?
-
If the Morris twins don’t show up it could go ether way if Kareem can still ball, him and Demon can score the ball fairly well. KU actually has guys that are in the NBA so doubt a ton of those guy risk injury to come play.
-
KU wins going away…
-
There was no rivalry. KU was too much better. There was just habituated, chronic loathing.
If Rush wanted to raise a lot of money, he would just ask for donations to never meet again.
-
Both teams can field some solid rosters, so the game should be competitive. Both teams can put guys on the floor that can still play, too, with several guys not far removed from playing in either the NBA or overseas.
-
Can both teams put a lot of players on the floor that received beau coup consideration, while in school?
“That’s entertainment!”
-
Only 2 former MU players (Carroll, Clarkson currently in the NBA and neither slated to play. Most of the big names are KU players and I expect the audience to be pro KU.

On related news, Perry Ellis will be playing for the Milwaukee Bucks in the Summer League and hopefully earns a roster spot.
