Looks like the dumb ass of the year award goes to ... Rashee Rice.
Already on probation from the 400 mph car racing wreck, now he's broken the terms of his probation by smoking a little weed, and is headed to the pokey for 30 days.
And it seems like he had knee surgery. Not a promising start to the season!

@rockchalkjayhawk Chiefs can save $1.6 mil on the cap, with a dead money hit of only $430,000, if they cut him. I'm all for it. Idiots gonna idiot, as they say.

Yea, weed, but it was part of his probation rules and regs I guess. No weed. I'm sure he was aware.
I mean he's an athlete, so not expecting scholarly behavior, but it pays to be smarter than the joint you're about to smoke.
Tough call on cutting him. He's the best receiver KC has.

This is where I am at. It's not the weed, the weed is whatever. It's that he simply can't stay out of trouble.
