Yep, he nailed it. Mix up the OAD freshmAn with upper-classmen and that’s a great recipe for success. I would think it also eases the pressure a bit on recruiting, knowing that you can get the “developmental” players to commit a bit earlier to your program as they’re not waiting to see who’s going pro.

Of course, it helps when your developmental players are the likes of Mason, Graham, etc.
