Just didn’t play well in this 2nd set. I know we like to try and serve aggressive as they say but man lot of service errors. - -Got to strap it up - -Creighton tough like we knew they would be. - - Texas easy up 2-0 25-14, 25-16 ,let’s get his done ladies. Creighton takes the third set 25-17 and dominates with ease. Wow I’m shocked to see us have this little of energy in own building very disappointed thus far. Will have to play two great set here.

And that’s it for the Volleyball team, Came out like the BB team does sometimes with no energy, you can’t win just because of your ranking. No one to blame but themselves. At least we got the B12 I suppose just sad to see it end at home like this.

20-18 was the final, had service errors bye senior in the 5th set. Very disappointed.

@kjayhawks Creighton was a bad draw. A VERY good team. Like I said before, came in winning 21 in a row and had only been blanked one time all season. Giving up that 2nd set was all the momentum they needed. Gutsy last set by both teams. Sad for the seniors, but they should take some great pride in being the start to building something that hopefully continues.

@Kcmatt7 Ya I agree but watching the two middle sets we did too much standing and waiting for some else to make a play. I’m happy they had a good season just disappointed that they didn’t play harder to start the match.

@Crimsonorblue22 That is some Havili did all season – had a lot of service errrors in the season - -but winners win and losers make excuses - -bottom line is we just got beat. - -Didn’t bring our A game. The only set we really looked aggressive looked like we have all year was the 4th set.- - - Just seemed like we were back on our heels all night.We gonna be ok though ALOT returning. - - Havili, Payne, Burse, Hill - I think we have ONE HUGE HUGE loss if I’m right - - -Cassie was a Senior wasn’t she? That’s huge, be hard to replace if she is. Great Season sour night, We just couldn’t string 2 points together when we needed. @jayballer54 Yes Wait is a Senior. I didn’t mean to sound rude or anything but I think you agree, we just didnt play with energy tonight. I still love our girls and thanks to our seniors for the best 4 years in history. I always felt like in BB that if you’re out in the first weekend it feels like you didn’t even get to play in the tournament.

No question it was an extremely disappointing loss but the girls had an incredible season and one they can be proud of and one to build upon.
