Watching West Virginia- - Virginia Tech, and ya it’s gonna be a war in the big 12. hold home serve and steal 1-2 on the road. Gonna be really stiff test AGAIN at west Virginia, defensively they cause such frantic pace all over the court. # 1 in 3pt defensive % in nation, 18 offensive rebounds per game #1 in the nation, 21.9 forcing turnovers # 1 in the nation 29 pts per game off turnovers # 1 in the nation. Having said that just like in this game, West Virginia almost double the amount of shots 19 to Virginia Tech 10 Tech still only trails by 4. The thing thatis or should help us having 2 pt guards on the floor at the same time. Commentators talking about it sayin Tech has kind of figure out 2 pt guards the big thing is ATTACK, ATTACK, ATTACK the rim make them pay drive the ball should be a great conference race. ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

The Big 12 is going to make the WUG look like as Cake Walk.
-
5 teams from the Big 12 in the top 25. We are going to need all hands ready to play.
-
If you saw the Virginia/West Virginia game that was the recipe for beating them. Just survive the early punches and wear them down. They are a terrible shooting team and they foul like crazy still. The game in Morgantown will be difficult, even worse if we are #1 when we go there.

I watched the WVU Virginioa Tech game and they showed the graph of the 5 ACC teams in the top 25 several times, but unless I missed it , they did not show the 5 Big 12 teams in the top 25…that are ranked higher than the ACC teams.Think about it, this is 50% of the conference teams ranked in the top 20-25!!!

Also think about this. Only in the Big 12 do they play home/away.
-
I have always been of the opinion that 10 teams is the best number of teams for a Conference for both football and basketball.
-
Sadly the TV money doesn’t think so.

The Big 12 seems to be doing just fine with 10 teams, it has one of the bigger payout of any conference.

Yea but I’m kind of worry of these conference networks. Lets not forget the ink was dry on the Big 12 media deal before Big 10 gets it’s new deal, and the SEC creating the SEC network. I don’t know but Yes I like the Big 12 at ten but I’m not against adding worthy teams.
