@Crimsonorblue22 Shish Tawook… Lebanese chicken skewers (kabobs marinated in yogurt, garlic, tomato, paprika etc). Something almost impossible to screw up and really not too heavy. On rice with some fresh cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden.
I’ll keep an eye out to the west!
