I think scoring will up up slightly this year. Taking 5 seconds off the clock isn’t going to change the offense teams run, just make them start earlier. This change means teams would have an extra 10-12 possessions at most so we’re talking maybe 5-6 points for a really slow, grinding Big 10 style game and maybe 1-2 points for a normal game.
