Be careful Coach- - Be very careful. Coach Self might wanna watch or choose his words a little more careful. You looking to alienate your fan base Coach ?- -Or at least a big piece of your fan base that adds to the mystique , but calling out the Student section ?-- Oh that’s not good.
Now as far as me?- - -I could give a rats ass, but saying these kind of things to your students? - -ummm , ehh might not be a good idea . It’s hit the media now and that’s bad news --you know how this works. Coach saying the Student section not like it used to be- - talking about the long lines, and camp outs. I guess meaning students now kind of just going through the motions. -To me I thought the Student section was great against Houston.
The podcast saying- – -OH you calling out the students now Bill?- Not being loud enough/rowdy enough ? - They said ok how bout this Coach do you think maybe 3,4, 7 more students would of helped KU shoot free throws better/made more?- would more students help Dejuan make those free throws ?- -Ouch- -good point.- - They said you want the Students to be louder ?- - -how about this - -put a better product on the floor.
They said this just makes Bill look like he is grasping for excuses, like " -oh, I lost again - -now what do I do "- Saying this is not a good look.- -Falling in the same category as Tang-- & Shaun Miller complaining, at least Mille cried about the students but even that was after a win…-- I don’t know Coach that might be a bad move getting some of your most rabis support group pissed at you/talking smack on them – Not a good look at all .They saying these last couple of years- - -ehhh Coach , not so much.- - Be careful Bill dangerous times, might wanna choose your words a little more wisely

Idk what the comments were, but probably shouldn’t have removed the student seating that they did if fan environment/energy was the priority
