This is not a team to be taken lightly. I watched their opener at Stanford and the Cardinal had trouble putting them away. They run a deliberate offense that uses most of the shot clock, sort of like the old Princeton offense. Tarleton led most of the game until Stanford finally went on a second-half run.
We need to get off to a strong start to throw them off their game. Crowd noise would help too…not much of a turnout that night at Maples Pavilion.
