@brooksmd I once heard Larry Bird say that in a 7 game series, he always felt like game 5 is the most pivotal. Lester now in bottom of 5th tied with Dodgers at 1 a piece. LA now counters with Blanton who gave up Morenos grand salami the other night. Wonder what he’s got for the encore ?! More meat & taters ?! Yep, dang sure as we speak it’s Russell again with another 2 run tater…Go Cubbies Go !!

@globaljaybird Forgot about that play. What amazed me was he did it in an away game in an unfamiliar ballpark. He took his last look at the wall about 4 strides from it.
