Medlen goes again for the R’s while Ordorizzi steps up for TB. Pitching staff won the game last nite as the bats weren’t very productive or timely. Highlight was Morales banging one off the “B” catwalk or ring for auto hr. R’s are now 30 games over .500.

I want the twins to lose so we clinch the central sooner (ready for the magic number to hit 0!) but I think they are the team I would be most okay with playing if they could win the wild card. NY/Tor, Tex and Angles could be dangerous

Bottom 1st Medlen threw 8 pitches for 6 strikes and 3 outs. Excellent start.

Whew, Medlen worked his way out of a bases loaded situation. His pitch count suffered with 36 and 25 strikes through 3. 4 SO’s, 1 BB and 1 hit batter.

Looked like dinner was ready out there along the foul line. Had mexican dogs tonite. Shredded cheese, hot salsa and topped with sliced jalapenos.
