  • A lot of familiar faces on offense with the biggest question marks being up front and the QB position. Miles came out today and acted as if they could use both guys during the opener. I really liked last seasons approach of sticking with one guy and not benching him after a few bad series or games like in the past. Defensively I’m pretty excited about the linebackers. More talent and depth than we have had in years IMO. Lots of questions up front and in the secondary with the guys lost to graduation.

  • I am thinking about 2-3 wins this year. If we can get more than 3 wins it will be a huge success.

  • @AsadZ without all but 1 non conference game, I’m worried about a win.

  • 8 redshirt or true freshmen on the defensive side of the 2 deep. 3 of those are true freshmen in the defensive backfield. In the Big 12. That makes me nervous. That’s a lot of inexperience at a critical spot on the field. Maybe all of those guys play well from the start, but its more likely that a couple of them struggle at least a little early on. This is going to be a tough year, but could lead to some good things if everyone gets a full offseason.

agree with you on the inexperience but I think we all fully understand this will be another struggling year. HOWEVER this is our future, we will be seeing our future unfold before our eyes.

Were young - - were really young as you pointed out , especially on the defensive side of the ball , we just have to look a the broader scheme of things - -these guys are like you said freshmen or Redshirt the thing we will notice is - - NO JUCO’S - -no quick fix , these are mad hatters teams now, this is one thing I am really impressed with. - -He refuses to sacrafice the team even further by trying to stick in all these Juco’s- - these are guys we are going to have for the 4 years - -can you imagine the experience alot of these guys are going to have by the JR & SR years. - - This is how the mad hater is getting this program turned around.

Were going to take our lumps now but he is building this program that will be built on experience & Depth and you can see the improvement in the talent, just like this 2021 group he is getting verbal from now looks like a step up, were getting visits from players that we wouldn’t even be able to have gotten a phone conversation from before - - -I’m stoked for our future.

I gree with you my friend but yet - - were getting there my friend - -we take our lumps now but those days will be coming to an end hang in there - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

  • Coe will be back for Baylor. Good thing we have a bye.

  • I think 2 wins are more realistic. I am hoping for improved performance in the field and fight till the end attitude.

  • Even 2 wins seems to be a stretch at this point. Lets see how the coaches and players respond.
