@Texas-Hawk-10 Ditto. And not out of the realm of possibility - he did great work with our bigs. Steve Robinson has been with Roy for damn near his entire career.

you and me both , I really don’t think that will happen but sure would be nice. I think Danny is pretty entrenched into wanting to be a head Coach now. I think Wake Forest was really a no win situation for Danny being in Carolina - just think it was a bad fit

Wake Forest isn’t a job that I’d would’ve taken in Danny’s position. We know Danny is a competitor and wanted to make the jump to major college basketball from Tulsa. I don’t blame him for trying but we all know how KSU and WSU are both our little brothers because of the success of the program here. That’s magnified in North Carolina because they are not only the little bro of blue bloods UNC and Dook. But NC State has a decent program and is historically much better than Wake. Outside of the Tim Duncan years and 2003. They have done zip for the most part since the 60s. It’s also bad that there are 13 D1 basketball programs in that state. Some guys probably over look them because they think they’d play more at a Davidson type of school and be successful rather than get stomped by the other ACC teams in the state on a yearly basis.
