Give the Legal Definition of a "Paper" Class Here

I have not been able to find a legal definition of a “paper” class.

You know, the statute, or case law precedent, the specifies a paper class is a legal violation.

I wonder if it really exists? I kind of doubt it.

Anyone that knows it, please post it here.
