Twitter saying fans in stadium had the view of the ball rolling that the replay ref didn't have. The replay ref told the Big12 that the fans were reacting to a view he didn't have.

To do that, KU essentially would've had to just take a knee and center the ball for a field goal. In that scenario where KU is intentionally trying not to score, they're running maybe a couple of more seconds off the clock and giving UCF much less yardage they need to gain to win the game with a FG.
In that situation where UCF had all 3 timeouts, taking the TD was the better call. Yes, it would've been nice to get an extra play, but you also don't want to deny yourself points when the other team is guaranteed to be getting the ball back.

@kjayhawks2.0 it's almost impossible to screw up so badly in the last two minutes of EVERY game, but nobody snatches defeat from the jaws of victory like KU.

@nuleafjhawk right I’m guessing the players feel it just like we do. I was very hopeful Baylor knocked them out of this funk but it didn’t. This team should’ve got its 6th win today and we all should be excited to get back to a bowl.
