Yea, TVs are now just computer monitors. Simple as that.
Turn on TV, scroll to entertainment vehicle of your choice, press a button.
It’s different, but everybody knows how to do that now, even old people. some old people. maybe not my mom. i tried to get her set up up on YTTV, and that didn’t go well!
@jayballer67 we know you aren’t trying to get the clicks. The YouTubers most definitely are. And lots of other idiots are as well.
It’s hard to sort out the noise from the signal because the internet economy rewards both equally.
@AsadZ A sign of who was on the roster. At the same time, showing just how much basketball has grown all over the world.
I really wish there was more incentive for our best players to play in these international events.
@Gorilla72 said in Soo , now what's next in all of this ?:
Yormark said today the Big12 is no KI her in discussions with Gonzaga and UConn. He indicated the “dream scenario” unfolded for the conference and will add no more teams.
I seen that today. Saying the dream Scenario when the 4 corner Schools came to the Big 12 put an end to Gonzaga & U Conn joining
Well the kitties won , -94-87. - -tell ya what , they jacked up a lot of 3 point shots. - -36 of them to be exact, 12 - 36. - -Tyler Perry throws up some insane stupid 3 pt shots, just comes down the floor no one touchs the ball , dribble , dribble , dribble & JACK.
20 – 30 from the line.- - Kaluma their big scorer , 23 points - - -Carter- -17- - & Perry 17 - -nothing that scares me
@dylans said in The Big 12 conference:
Fsu to the sec makes sense. I don’t get the appeal of the big 10 (for anyone really) other than media $$$
The appeal of the Big 10 for many schools is academic. Being a member of the AAU is a requirement for Big 10 membership and these are generally considered to be the top research universities in the country. Access to those research grants is very appealing to university presidents and the Big 10 has historically been considered the top academic league among the power conferences along with the PAC 12.
Academics are also why schools like Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, and Georgia Tech have been mentioned as potential Big 10 targets over the years.
