Talk about a trap game… wow. If anyone believes we can just waltz into Morgantown for an easy victory needs their head examined. If we fail to prepare for this and take the Mountaineers seriously, we will do what we usually do, and leave WV with a loss.
Huggy is busy right now browsing through print media. He’s hunting for bait. He’s looking for a story that shames his boys. It wouldn’t surprise me if he searches through Jayhawk websites, too. This guy knows how to build a chip!
If we want to win, we best keep respectful, quiet, and just go in there and take care of business.
I am willing to bet the Mountaineer faithful are planning their most outrageous greeting for a Jayhawk team to date! They are looking for blood and even with their horrible record they are still trying to mount some impressive victories to at least make it into the NIT.

Nothing is easy with this team. They don’t even win games at home easily. So I doubt anyone thinks going to Morgantown is going to be a cake walk. As we ave seen this team has no room for error so they better come prepared Saturday afternoon.

I’ll take a W no matter how ugly it may look. We’ve come into Morgantown on upset alert way too many times recently. I expect WVU to play out of their mind and I hope the guys can handle the ball pressure and find a way to win.

I agree with how bad WV has looked thus far and how we seem to have no killer instinct to finish games, even at home against sub par competition. ISU is waiting for us when we return and thats a big game on our pride with how they took us to the wood shed in the second half. WV really looks bad at times, they lack leadership and consistent shooting from everywhere. But no I still don’t trust us and we know how it goes some guy hitting 15% from all year 3 will can 4 on us as normal. I think we need to unbeaten at home and 5-4 on the road to win this conference so this is almost a must win with them being in the cellar right now. If we lose, we have to win in Manhattan or Lubbock IMO.

I think we beat them by 15 pts, at least. We’ve, meaning Self not me, has fixed Vick’s to’s the last 2 games. I think we are going to be hustling back on D and I already think we’ve been better w/shot selection at the end of game. Chuck, not sure, but not to many minutes. Now, if we can hit throws

I am very very pleased to find out that the DUKE-UVA Game is NOT the lead-in game on ESPN before our game. I can handle seeing a couple minutes of Michigan/Wisconsin as long as they don’t go into overtime.
