It’s certainly not bad at all, but as Farmer references, I wouldn’t call it great by any means. Especially when most pharmacists suffer from horrible working conditions and experience burnout in their first few years out of school when they are just digging themselves out of $110k+ student loans.

I never went into this degree with money being the focal point. It’s nice, sure, but my goal was always to help people and I didn’t want an MD’s hours lol.

Edit: I also don’t want to completely derail this thread, but having to abide by people who have absolutely zero medical knowledge (insurance companies) or the costs of modern healthcare, makes you jaded REAL fast.

Unfortunately there is a reason most don’t stay in the field. I was in the last “small” class before they expanded and out of all the classmates I still talk to, I’m one of the few that are still trucking.

We have 1 spot open with Philon decommiting, perhaps 2 if Kugel is not academically cleared. With Brea announcing today he is only visiting Duke and Uconn I’d assume they are in the driver’s seat there (no surprise tbh) so, yeah, I’d guess Small would be the primary target

@kuballin10 It does seem that way, yeah, which I can’t blame them. Griffin was a stud at Bama last year. But after having absolutely zero depth I want all the depth plz.

@bskeet Unfortunately we’d have to lose someone to pick up Brea. Additionally his final list are all heavy hitters. Uconn, UK, UNC, Duke, and KU - most of which have much more PT to offer than we do…

@FarmerJayhawk I see we made the final list for Brea, think we are still in play there? I realize we would have to lose someone (or if Kugel doesn’t academically qualify).

We definitely played to their strengths tonight, but credit to them. Plenty of things to work on and improve and I wouldn’t trade our coach for anyone else.
