@Texas-Hawk-10 Very true the team hasn’t had a winning conference record since 2000. Bonnie got lucky with sweet 16s back to back years but even in those years never finished higher than tied for 6th in the B12. I honestly thought she was a good hire when we got her, she was pretty good at Virginia Tech. This definitely a make or break year for Schneider, he needs to bare minimum finish 6th in the conference and make the NIT. That may not even be good enough to keep him around. Rich Price should’ve retired atleast 5 years ago, he’s good guy but has only finished in top half of the conference 2 times, the last being in 2014.

@Careful-you Technically not a major, there’s four, but this tournament is one of the bigger tournaments out there besides the four majors.

@Gunman Either you are a scary optimist or you sat 5 ft. in front of your tv last night, hugging your seeing-eye dog! Or you have typed a comical post of subtle irony? As a stretch, maybe Self has motivated his entire squad to practice free throws…in order that they might save him from future vociferous rebuke and retribution. Although I can’t really envision him digging his way into such a mire again.

@DanR I could not believe they did that, extremely distasteful and the Conference should do something about it.

@mayjay I agree about most announcers, but I’ve been watching KU play outside of friendly Jayhawk area (on rare occasion) and still heard non-KU fans say Fran is hard on KU. Sometimes it seems like he really likes KU and wants them to do well (like a parent being hard on their kid). Other times it seems as though a deep seething hatred for KU comes seeping out from down within the darkest part of his soul. Usually raring its ugly head when KU plays a tight game. Fran really likes it when ISU or OSU beats KU. Innocently enough you could think he’s pulling for the underdog, but this is different if you pay attention. Fran doesn’t root for any non-con team to beat KU like he does ISU and OSU.

@JayHawkFanToo If anyone is using Tivo and you have it on your lan then you can move it to your computer using Tivo desktop and then convert from Tivo format to one that can be uploaded. The file is huge if you are using HD.

@KUSTEVE We can complain about fouls in about every game we played in this year too. I might be wrong but this years seems to have produced more muggings around the basket than any year I can ever remember. Our team, their team you might as well flip a coin on who the calls going on. Poor refereeing!
