Another Louisiana Animal - - Thank you Tony - - great job
I think Coach Beatty best day for KU was when he hired Coach Hull. Coach Hull started a Louisiana pipeline that Coach Miles is now building into a fire hose of Louisiana Animals. Not enough Beatty Louisiana recruits because many of the committed changed their minds. The Coach Miles Louisiana and national recruits will result in more wins in the future.
I see why CSB placed this game on TBS. I checked the tv guide and saw CBS decided to air the ‘Goldbergs’ to receive higher ratings.
The team played with heart. This was the most exciting game of the tournament. Lots of lead changes and neither team lead by more than 5 or 6 points. The game required overtime before the Big 12 champ won the mini ACC 2 game tournament…
I think HCBS knew BB banquet night that Doke was returning because Coach said he was comfortable with his team for next year. Coach could have told Hurt that Doke would return so make your decision on that information.
@approxinfinity There is legal action and the players are not named in the legal document according to USAToday article: https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaab/2018/04/09/lawsuit-three-michigan-state-basketball-players-raped-woman-2015/501054002/
@BShark . The player BIO states from Warren Easton HS. Isn’t that the high school that Tony Hull coached before moving to KU?
I read recent USAToday article on how bad the PAC 12 revenue payout was (around $30 million). The link below provides Big 10, SEC, and PAC 12. I found another article that shows ACC members only received about $30 million per school too. So the Big 12 appears to be #3 in the Power 5 schools and significantly better than PAC 12 and ACC. I was surprised that the ACC numbers were at $30 million.

@HighEliteMajor You are right about pay and FarmerJayHawk about cost of living. More pay goes in the bank when state taxes, gas, and home loan are much lower.
The strength coach likely would not have left the Kings if he was training the best NBA players. He saw the KU position as an opportunity to train the best college basketball players, earn a conference championships ring, and attend the final 4 games. Championships were not going happen at Sacramento.
Too many QB transfers successful at other football programs. Another KU QB transferred to Boise State and played. I cannot recall the QB name at this time.

The FBI says that player 2/guardian 1 needed Adidas funds to repay illicit payments from another shoe company. The player did not want to attend another school since the player was more interested in KU. So the FBI is saying another shoe company was making payments to players.
