College "Flipping" Anyone?

Anybody want to help me flip an old beat up college and make some extra money?
Apparently, K-State was so distraught about losing to KU the other day that they put the place up for sale!
At least that’s my take from the sign that I saw on I-70 this weekend that said they were having an open house on April 7th.
