Tarik Black back in Houston?

I was just wondering so I looked on ESPN. Tarik is back on the Houston roster. I vaguely remeber him getting traded back there. Does anyone know if he is Houston now?!
Im concerned about any of our former Jayhawks down there now. I think KU Sports posted something about Luke Axtell being down there and helping rescue people.

Luke and his crew rescued over 100 people. Better than hitting any 3 pointer. He’s a stud.
