Peter Meijer, Michigans 3rd District Republican freshman Representative was on The Daily today.
He explains why he voted not to block the election results and voted to impeach the President.
While I appreciate his perspective on these votes, I find his sidestepping of the question as to why his colleagues voted differently to hit at the heart of what is wrong with the Republican Party. As long as they are at a disadvantage in the popular vote in a 2 party system, they will not be honest as to their intentions to mislead the populace.
