Wow! KU playing with motivation...
-
After a quick strike by TCU to start the game, KU responded with a field long drive and TD with some great plays in between. Now, they stopped TCU on the red zone and stuffed it on 4th and 1.
TCU not only has to win this game but has to win big to stay in the chase for one of the 4 playoff spots. Hopefully they will continue to play well…
-
KU leading TCU now. ,Another field long drive and TD for KU…amazing!!!
-
@JayHawkFanToo sign Bowen now!!!
-
Interception return by Jacory for TD…unbelievable!!! Called back…rats.
-
Another interception by Jacory at the goal line ends TCU drive…
-
KU leading at half…who would have thunk it…
-
Unbelievable catch by King and run for a TD!!!
This is got to be the catch of the day…or season,
-
@JayHawkFanToo and then… Tackle and strip of the day!! Crazy good!!
-
Been watching Melvin Gordon run wild on Nebraska and checked the KU game, whoa. Can we keep this up?
-
@wissoxfan83 guess not!!!
-
All right, as soon as I started watching and we’re losing. I will watch Badgers again and hope they come back.
-
Oh…so close…
-
@JayHawkFanToo hats off!
-
No question about it. If the played every game like they did this one, the record would be quite different.
Bowen bought himself a fist class ticket on the coaching search ride.
-
@JayHawkFanToo fire SZ, hire Bowen!
-
A twofer…I like it.
-
I’ve said it several times over several weeks. Hire Bowen. I hear this from k-club football players too.
-
HIRE BOWEN
I’ve yelled it everywhere I can including from the frigid stands in Memorial today.
Today was proof enough for me. I’m convinced that Bowen has it (like that damn geezer up in Manhattan)… that ability to make 2-star players think they can beat anyone. Maybe it will take one more win to convince the genius administrators who f-d up a winning program. If we win either of our last two games (@ OU or @KSU) and Z doesn’t give Bowen a contract, he’ll be run out of Lawrence faster than Lew Perkins can light up a fat cigar.

What a great day for the Jayhawk football team! They hung together and played well for each other and their coach. After the UT game I was ready to hang up my jersey for the remainder of the season. That’s how down I felt about the players and coach.
Now, I have nothing but a great sense of pride after watching the team play and compete at the Big 12 level, especially the past two weeks. What a turnaround. Same players, different coaching. However, the last two games have been at home. Time to hit the road and show that same competitive nature against two tough teams. Two more chances for the seniors and the team to win more than one game in the conference. That was the goal and expectation right? C’mon boys! Rock Chalk!
-
If TCU does not make it to the playoffs, this game was likely the culprit. TCU needed, not only to win, but to win big and it barely did the first and not even close to the second.
-
@JayHawkFanToo I’m fairly hopeful for the next 2 games!! Should be fun!
-
They are both away games with teams vying for major bowls, so wins would be difficult, but good showings are definitely in the cards. Going 1-1 in the last two games would be huge step forward for the program.

On football related notes…how long before Muschamp (leaving Florida at the end of the season) becomes a candidate for the KU HC job?
Also, former MU player Chase Coffman fined $30K for hit on Raven’s Assistant Coach…
Only a former MU player would do something so stupid. The article has a link to the video of the hit.
